Knowledge & research
Ask questions ofyour company knowledge.
Connect documents, handbooks and knowledge bases to an assistant that cites its sources. Let your team ask in their own words and inspect the information behind each answer.
Team workspace
How do I request access to a new project?
Complete the access form in the employee portal. Specify the project and the role you need; the request goes to the project owner for approval.
The knowledge exists. Finding it takes time.
01The same questions are answered repeatedly across teams.
02Documents, wikis and handbooks live in different places.
03Checking the source and freshness of information is difficult.

How do I request access to a new project?

The assistant searches authorized sources and builds an answer from the relevant information. We define behavior for explaining when there is insufficient source material.
02Inspect the sourceSee the evidence behind the answer.↗
Team workspace
Project access requests are created in the employee portal. The project name and role must be specified. The project owner reviews the request.
Relevant document passage
Follow a reference to the relevant document passage. Your team controls document content and freshness; original sources remain available for important decisions.
03Manage accessOnly the knowledge each person can access.↗

Source access
Example role: Project team
Answers use only sources the user is authorized to access.
Identity and role information is included at retrieval time. Access is mapped against source-system permissions and checked with different user roles.

Your sources.Your way of working.
Source connections and access options are assessed during discovery. These areas define implementation scope.
Knowledge sources
Document stores, wikis and internal systems accessible through APIs.
Identity and roles
Your existing sign-in method and team permissions on source material.
Answer behavior
Citations, insufficient-information handling and feedback flows.
Quality evaluation
Answer quality, source alignment and access checks using your own example questions.
04 /
Deployment and control, designed together.
Cloud or company infrastructure
Models and hosting are selected around data constraints, workload and operational capacity.
Source freshness
We define how document changes reach the search layer and how deleted content is removed.
Human evaluation
Citations alone do not guarantee correctness. Critical uses require agreed review and acceptance criteria.

Common questions
How is this different from enterprise search?
Enterprise search focuses on finding relevant documents. A knowledge assistant constructs an answer from those sources and shows its supporting references.
Are our documents used to train a model?
RAG uses retrieved documents to provide relevant context; training the model on those documents is not required. Data processing and retention depend on the selected model and hosting arrangement.
What if the sources do not contain an answer?
We design behavior for expressing uncertainty and routing the user to a relevant team when evidence is insufficient. These cases are evaluated with example questions.
Where should we start?
We can start with a bounded document collection, one user group and example questions. Pilot scope and acceptance criteria are agreed together.
